Method of Preparation

  1. In a milkshake blender cup, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend on medium to high speed to incorporate the ingredients until the milkshake becomes homogenous and smooth.
  3. 3. To layer the milkshake, portion the PreGel Wild Strawberry Light Arabeschi® (Wild Strawberries with Splenda® Sweetener) into the glass first before pouring in the blended milkshake.
  4. Top with the Coconut Semifreddo Mousse and garnish with PreGel Strawberry Topping and toasted coconut.

Method of Preparation

  1. Add heavy cream, PreGel Happy Torte®- (Neutral Frozen Mousse Base) and PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Coconut Compound in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip to stiff peaks.
  3. Place in a piping bag with the desired tip.
  4. Pipe on top of the milkshake as desired.
