Method of Preparation

  1. In a large container, mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Allow to age in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour into sanitized machine and freeze per machine’s instructions.
  5. Simply swirl over warm hot chocolate featuring Pregel Cacao Essenziale Tanzaka 72% Chocolate Couverture.
